Treatment of Abscess on Tooth Root

In some cases, root canal treatment alone is sufficient; however, some patients may require surgical intervention. During the surgical intervention performed by periodontists, the gums are shaped and thinned. Teeth that cannot be treated with root canal treatment or surgery may need to be extracted and replaced with implants.
