What is Good for Headache?

Headache is a throbbing, severe or mild pain that occurs continuously or intermittently. Sensitive areas in the painful area of the head include cranial nerves, arteries, scalp and neck muscles, skin, superficial nerves, sinuses, structures in the external auditory canal, eye area, salivary glands, teeth, jaw joint, carotid artery and its branches. Headaches are usually temporary, but they can negatively impact quality of life.

  • Drinking water
  • Taking small amounts of caffeine (such as drinking coffee)

  • Gagling with salt water for headache caused by toothache

Causes of headaches include factors such as stress, malnutrition, jaw and eye problems, medication side effects, tooth decay and head trauma. Additionally, ear-nose-throat diseases can also cause headaches. Causes of headache are:
