1. The right to benefit from services: All our patients have the right to benefit from all our treatments and services without discrimination of race, religion, language, gender, origin, disability, sexual orientation, social characteristics.
2. Right to Information: Our patients and their relatives have the right to review medical records and obtain information regarding the diagnosis and treatment processes and the course of treatment, in compliance with the law.
3. Right to Consent: Patients and their relatives have the right to receive information about the diagnosis of the disease, existing treatment options and success possibilities, the cost of the treatment, possible complications, and participate in the decision, apart from medical and legal obligations. It is deemed to have accepted the routine transactions to be carried out in line with the approval.
In life-threatening emergency situations, permission is not required.
4. Right to Free Choice: Patients and their relatives have the right to know, inform and choose the services and opportunities they will benefit from and the people and institutions they can get help from.
5. Right to Privacy: Our patients have the right to protect the confidentiality of their medical information even after death. This information is disclosed to the relevant authorities with the express permission of the patient or heirs or in line with legal obligations.
6. Right to lodge a complaint: Our patients and their relatives have the right to lodge a complaint and request a response regarding the medical treatment they receive.
